Purpose:
To develop and maintain the assessment systems pertaining to all phases of curriculum delivery.

Functions:
  1. Develop provincial assessment systems and see to application of national assessment systems.
  2. Build skills and capacity in respect of the application of assessment systems.
  3. Review assessment systems based on feedback and feed into provincial intervention programmes and national review processes.
