Purpose:
To manage the continuous and sustained effectiveness, efficiency and economy in providing corporate support.

Functions:
  1. Render internal human capital administration and management services.
  2. Assist the Accounting Officer in discharging the duties prescribed in part of Chapter 5 of the PFMA and the Annual Division of Revenue Act.
  3. Manage internal human capital development.
