  • Purpose:
    To manage human capital administration.

    Functions:
    1. Manage human capital administration in respect of districts.
    2. Manage human capital administration in respect of Head Office and FET colleges.
    3. Render and effective and efficient registry and mailing service.
    Districts
    Purpose:
    To manage human capital administration in respect of districts.
    Functions:
    1. Administration of recruitment, selection and placement.
    2. Administration of remuneration and service conditions.
    3. Administration (processing) of a performance management system.
    4. Maintain the establishment.
    5. Render an exit management service.
    6. Provide human capital information (inclusive of statutory reporting).
    Head Office and FET Colleges
    Purpose:
    To manage human capital administration in respect of Head Office and FET colleges.
    Functions:
    1. Administration of recruitment, selection and placement.
    2. Administration of remuneration and service conditions.
    3. Administration (processing) of a performance management system.
    4. Maintain the establishment.
    5. Render and exit management service.
    6. Provide human capital information (inclusive of statutory reporting).
    HC Registry
    Purpose:
    To render an effective and efficient HC registry and mailing service.
    Functions:
    1. Classification of HC records.
    2. Manage the receipt and flow of documentation.
    3. Manage the storage and maintenance of records as well as the disposal of closed records.
    4. Assume responsibility for the collection of reports.
