| Infrastructure Capital Projects |
Purpose:
To facilitate the delivery of infrastructure capital projects and programmes driven by districts (including EDC and AET) and FET colleges.
- Functions:
- Manage the execution of approved infrastructure programmes in respect of new infrastructure and large scale development and maintenance projects.
- Manage the SDA with Department of Transport and Public Works.

Purpose:
To facilitate the delivery of property and maintenance projects and programmes driven by districts (including ECD and AET) and FET colleges.
- Functions:
- Facilitate land use processes and manage contracts and leases.
- Ensure the maintenance of all WCED infrastructure.

| LTSM, LTS, Equipment |
Purpose:
To facilitate the delivery of learner transport, equipment and LTSM projects and programmes driven by districts (including ECD, AET) and FET colleges.
- Functions:
- Ensure the delivery of learner transport services.
- Facilitate the delivery of equipment in line with infrastructure requirements.
- Facilitate the delivery of LTSM projects and programmes driven by districts and FET colleges.
