Purpose:
To provide planning, strategy and policy coordination services.

Functions:
  1. Coordinate the departmental policy development process.
  2. Provide business planning and strategy services to the department.
  3. Plan and coordinate the management of infrastructure projects, learner transport schemes, equipment, and LTSM delivery.
  4. Provide human capital planning services.
