Purpose:
To develop and manage education research, information systems, knowledge management services, Quality Assurance and coordinate ICT.

Functions:
  1. Plan, manage and co-ordinate education research.
  2. Develop and manage education knowledge, information, record systems and coordinate ICT.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of education delivery at all levels and areas of the education system.
